Busy Times by yaoling on Blogster

There has been SO much going on lately it's crazy! We have been to Cinco De Mayo and an art and jazz festival, the middle human boy went fishing with Special Olympics and then the next day was in a Special Olympics track and field event. The human girl went to a horse back riding birthday party, OK that doesn't sound like very much perhaps but put that on top of everything else like doctor and dentist appointments for all the kids, getting them to and from school and not to mention that this was finals week for my human mom (she goes to night school at the local college), that just put it over the top!! Granted this was all spread over 2 weeks, but still... It has been crazy here. It has all been good things, so we aren't complaining, but sleep has been missing from mom's life for too long now.

here are a few of what the sky has looked like around here lately, stormy but not to much so, just refreshing.

Here are photos taken at the human girls' friends party. Unfortunately mom couldn't get one of her actually riding.

Here is Soren, the middle boy, at the Special Olympics Track and field event. He won 6th in his foot race (he was the smallest and youngest by far), and won 3rd on the long jump!! What a great boy he is!

This is the state of the mothers day cake by the time it was time to have it. oops, it melted! Our family has cake and ice cream on both mothers and fathers day, just like on birthdays, but I'm not quite sure why...

My mom is in love with ravens and managed to get a bad photo of one today so decided to share

OK, I know this is not a pretty picture, but it is my human sister, Tempestt's, favorite one and she really wanted it on my blog so here it is. She has a funny sense of humor, but she is 8 after all.

I'm sorry it has been so long since I have posted anything and that I didn't say much, perhaps I will get more of a chance soon. Hope everyone else has been having a fun and safe time lately!

thanks, This time of year is just crazy. Its like eveyyone wants to get EVERYTHING done before summer hits. I'm not the biggest fan of the last photo either [SMILE]

School should be out soon, so that will help with a couple trips a day, of course with summer coming up, I'm sure the whole family will keep you running around quite a bit. Sounds like alot of fun things tho, Hope the finals went well [WINK][SMILE]

Final did go well, I expect a 4.0 or at least very close to that. Summer brings a different kind of chaos, and I'm looking forward to it.[SMILE]

Nice pics, especially of the horse jowls! I love ravens and crows as well and really liked that pic. I've often wondered what one as a pet would be like...then I realize that roadkill would be awful hard to acquire for his feeding regimen! [LOL][LOL]
